01 Discovery Call

We start with a free consultation via phone so you can share your wedding vision and where you need the most support. Whether that's vendor coordination, decor decisions, or working within budget constraints. We will decide the pricing package that is right for you.

02 Contract & Questionnaire

Once you're ready to move forward, I send over a contract. After signing and paying your deposit, we will discuss payment plans, and you'll receive a detailed questionnaire to capture every important detail about your day.

We meet to review your questionnaire together, discuss any updates, and make sure I have a complete picture of your vision, vendors, and all the special moments you want captured. I will help you vet vendors and choose your perfect team. Sometimes this means meeting several times, unlimited communication during this step is the key.

03 Planning Sessions

04 The Roadmap to Your Perfect Day

Once we have all the planning done, I build your comprehensive roadmap: vendor contacts, arrival times, setup instructions, decor details, ceremony flow, photo moments, your chosen songs, and a timeline curated specifically for YOU. I also become the single point of contact for all your vendors and distribute the Perfect Day Roadmap to everyone involved.

Executing your perfectly planned wedding day begins with a well-organized rehearsal. I am there to guide you and your wedding party through the ceremony flow and answer any last-minute questions so you feel confident, calm, and ready. On your wedding day, I execute your vision and timeline flawlessly, managing every aspect of your day. Your only job now is to say “I Do”
